  • Masters degree in management or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience in fund raising with demonstrated track record
  • Strong understanding of different resource mobilisation channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly performance oriented, innovative and persistent
  • Sound working knowledge of computer applications
1 Year & above (preferable)
1 year experience (preferred) MSW or Master of Social Science


  • Assist in developing, managing and implementing the resource mobilisation strategy for the organisation
  • Proactively research and identify Corporates, Trusts, Foundations, Public Sector Enterprises & government departments for prospective funding and build a database of donors both individual and institutional
  • Organise Events and Exhibitions for fund raising and building visibility of the organisation
  • Manage Child Sponsorship program including database and report writing
  • Assist in Preparing proposals and submit them to the identified donors
  • Seeking feedback/support from the Programs team, especially with regards to funding for projects, campaigns, and advocacy work.
  • Visualize and develop communication material specific to the Resource Mobilisation team- website, newsletter, brochure etc..

  • Conduct surveys, research, data collection & analysis
  • Mobilize community & link underprivileged/vulnerable girls to vocational skill training
  • Conduct exposure visits, schedule student training, facilitate volunteer activities
  • Administration & documentation
  • Deliver Life Skills Training to beneficiaries, refer & enrol students in institutes for advanced courses, provide employment assistance
  • Monitor & evaluate the program frequently & submit a report based on it
  • Work closely with Project Head for implementation & measuring impact
  • Collect primary data about beneficiaries’ progress from their homes/workplaces and write case studies
  • Develop & maintain cordial relationships with key influencers in the community, conduct surveys & beneficiary mapping
